At Hansen Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and surf hardware is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
